Ever wonder what Gears of War would be if it were on diet, doing cardio and an actual colour palette?

Yes?  Good, because Insomniac has released the trailer for Fuse: Fable’s Vision.  No longer are they clinging to Sony’s hand, but onto EA’s. But at least it’s on the Xbox 360, as well as the PS3.  Fuse: Fable’s Vision will be out this May 28th.

This week Rockstar let slip that they won’t be attending E3, again with their upcoming release Grand Theft Auto V. They did instead share with the world three new trailers, showcasing the three lead protagonist; Michael, Franklin, and Trevor.

Halo 4 Spartan Ops Wows at E3 2012

E3 2012 Offers Up Halo 4 Deets

Come election-day, the Master Chief , like a boss, will come to your house and sit you down. Then he’ll get all comfy, pop Halo 4 in your disc tray, living there longer then say Black Ops 2.

Halo 4 will include two new takes on old classics: Slayer and Firefight will become War Games and Spartan Ops, respectively.  The latter will tell the story, episodically, of the UNSC Infinity, its crew and a new team of Spartans,  Majestic Squad. Infinity will also serve as the hub for War Games, offering character progression and customization to suit your play style. Intriguingly, it will also offer  a scoring system which separates both individual and team performance, ensuring that appropriate rep is given where it’s due. Hit the jump to see the gameplay videos of both game types.

E3 2012: Square Enix’s Faith and Future Is Luminous

YouTube Preview Image

With the next generation of systems approaching just over the horizon the folks over at SquareEnix are getting ready to take them head on.

They surprised the media, putting them in awe and disbelief with their Agin’s Philosophy tech demo, produced in Luminous Studio. A new game engine that may make Epic, along with its Unreal 4 Engine, go back from which they came from.

Set in a Final Fantasy esque world, it was just jaw dropping, with a hint of Metal Gear 4 atmosphere. Sure there were a few things that just didn’t seem to fit, like the Anglo Saxton dialog clashing with the flower girl sound bites over middle eastern music and gun fire.

E3 2012: Watch Dogs

Watch Dogs may be the best new game to cross my eyes so far, and it’s just day one! Sure Beyond looks great and is rather intriguing-but this just takes the cake.

Forget Grand Theft Auto, Ubisoft gives us a new take on the “open world/sandbox” genre. We are given a world where literally everything is connected. Anything can be manipulated from your fingers and phone, in game. Visually its striking on so many levels that its hard to believe that this is a current gen game (and maybe it isn’t?) Gameplay-wise it takes cues from their own titles, like Assassins Creed and Splinter Cell. It all plays out so well that it could be played off as a Chris Nolan thriller.

For now, we don’t know much about it, besides what we saw at the conference and on their teaser site. This has my vote for best in show so far.

First and foremost Halo 4 looks and sounds amazing. It’s like sex after a severely long drought: pure awesomeness (yes, that’s a word).

What we got are two videos.  One features single player footage from today’s Xbox Conference, whilst the other demonstrates a mix of single and multiplayer, courtesy of Viso Games YouTube page. Find the second one after the break!

Skyrim Dawn Guard

First Look: Skyrim; Dawnguard DLC

An early E3 gift via Bethesdas’ Twitter gave the world its first look into new DLC for Skyrim. No, it’s not horse armor, but a new chapter awaits beyond the borders in what might be a monumental battle between those of the night and the Dawnguard.

No more real details, besides it being a timed exclusive for the Xbox 360 ‘this summer’  for 1600 MS Points, $20.00, PC and PS3 soon there after.  For those who clamor for more, you may want to comb the video for more after the jump. In the meantime, maybe you should warm up your copy of Skyrim!

Halo 4: Beta Footage and Preorder Bonus Leaked

Halo 4 Stuff Hints At A Not-So-Distant Future

With E3 just around the corner, folks tongues are salivating over any hint about what’s to come. Sometimes that tongue belongs to someone on the inside and slips.

What could very well be odd viral marketing for Halo 4, video footage of its multiplayer footage has surfaced. Forums and blogs across the interwebs debate its legitimacy. The plot thickened when Kotaku question Microsoft, which replied with; “We are conducting an internal beta test of Halo 4 which is a standard development practice for most video games. We have no plans for a public multiplayer beta for Halo 4.

Take a look after the jump.
