EA brought in the pros, literally, to showcase Battlefronts’ mulitiplayer gameplay.

It was an epic match of 64 players, on PC, in a truly dynamic and destructible environment. An amazing bit of tech to be seen.

Look for it this 29th of October, for the Xbox ONE, PlayStation 4 and PC.

Dead Space 3 Co-Op Critque and Tips

Dead Space 3; Not always scary, but it is the most co-op you’ll probably ever get in one sitting these days.

Dead Space 3 is surprisingly long in my opinion. I am only comparing it to other co-op games I have played, and some of those…well, I was thankful they were short, because they were poorly done. Dead Space 3 does have it’s flaws, but it’s a very good co-op game. But scary? Maybe once or twice.

Remember Me

Remember Me gameplay footage; running, climbing, and fighting. Oh my!

Halo 4 Spartan Ops Wows at E3 2012

E3 2012 Offers Up Halo 4 Deets

Come election-day, the Master Chief , like a boss, will come to your house and sit you down. Then he’ll get all comfy, pop Halo 4 in your disc tray, living there longer then say Black Ops 2.

Halo 4 will include two new takes on old classics: Slayer and Firefight will become War Games and Spartan Ops, respectively.  The latter will tell the story, episodically, of the UNSC Infinity, its crew and a new team of Spartans,  Majestic Squad. Infinity will also serve as the hub for War Games, offering character progression and customization to suit your play style. Intriguingly, it will also offer  a scoring system which separates both individual and team performance, ensuring that appropriate rep is given where it’s due. Hit the jump to see the gameplay videos of both game types.

E3 2012: Watch Dogs

Watch Dogs may be the best new game to cross my eyes so far, and it’s just day one! Sure Beyond looks great and is rather intriguing-but this just takes the cake.

Forget Grand Theft Auto, Ubisoft gives us a new take on the “open world/sandbox” genre. We are given a world where literally everything is connected. Anything can be manipulated from your fingers and phone, in game. Visually its striking on so many levels that its hard to believe that this is a current gen game (and maybe it isn’t?) Gameplay-wise it takes cues from their own titles, like Assassins Creed and Splinter Cell. It all plays out so well that it could be played off as a Chris Nolan thriller.

For now, we don’t know much about it, besides what we saw at the conference and on their teaser site. This has my vote for best in show so far.
