Dragon Age: Origins was introduced at the 2009  E3 by Lead Designer Mike Laidlaw. This 1 player  D&D style game, is built on Bioware’s Eclipse game engine, and from what was shown at the E3 has an awesome story line and promises to be one of the best RPG’s ever released. The game play, storyline, and NPC interaction kicks ass, all decisions made, effect how the story goes and how the NPC characters interact with you as a player.

Dragon Age: Origins is a dark heroic fantasy set in a unique world. As the spiritual successor of BioWare’s popular Baldur’s Gate series of games, it uses a pause-and-play tactical      combat system. Play in over-the-shoulder mode, or the more tactical top-down view. Dragon Age: Origins features a stunning amount of cinematic dialog. Players will be able to acquire unique party members. These party members will have their own motivations for accompanying the player.

Dragon Age is set to ship 10/20/2009 and will be available on the PC, Xbox 360, and the PlayStation 3 and YES there will be a World/Tool set builder for the PC.

PSP Go…Home

Hands on with psp go…feels a little cramped in the hands. Nice screen, but the lack of a 2nd analog stick still seems like an oversight. Menus are identical to existing psp, games look and play the same except that reaching the shoulder buttons is a tad awkward.

Worth $250? I’m not seeing the value proposition.

E3 2009: where the hell is the AC?!

We’re here and the press room is packed. And HOT. And the wifi sucks so bad I’m resorting to posting from my iPhone. Wacky!

By now you’ve probably heard that Nintendo has announced a triumverate of Super Mario games, talked up Motion Plus and announced a new Metroid game. We’re not sure if we’ll get our hands on any of those yet, but we’ll let you know and post pics of whatever we do see and feel!
